TICKFORD RACING – RABBLE.club RACING PARTNERS RICHIE STANAWAY
14 June, 2018
Richie Stanaway will don new colours for the remainder of his rookie campaign, as Tickford Racing is thrilled to reveal RABBLE.club as the naming rights partner of Car 56 for the balance of the 2018 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship season.
RABBLE.club, the world’s first digital Health & Wellness Club, goes a step further than tracking and sharing users’ health data. It provides personalised insights to users to help them improve their quality of life and learn not just if they’ve had a bad night’s sleep, but how to have a better one.
Coming off a season-best ninth place finish at Race 14 in Winton last month, Stanaway hopes that the new addition to his No. 56 Ford Falcon FG X will bolster the momentum and confidence he built at the last round.
“To have RABBLE.club on the car is really exciting,” said the 26-year old Kiwi. “Racing is an innovative sport, and RABBLE brings innovation to health and wellness, so it’s a great partnership and brand to have on board.”
Stanaway also lauded RABBLE’s practicality, which will allow the team to monitor his physical status in real time on the track.
“The cool part is we’ll get to put RABBLE to use on the track through its elite sports & athlete management system,” he added. “I’ll be wearing a device in the car, which transmits data back to the team just like my race car transmits telemetry, so the crew can see how my body is performing in real time. The car itself looks great. I like the simple but sleek livery, it has a bit of a retro feel to it, and it’ll look great on track. I can’t wait to get out there this weekend and hopefully we’ll do the RABBLE.club Racing team proud.”
Fiona O’Keefe, of RABBLE.club, expressed her excitement in the business’ newest partnership, which will expose the RABBLE.club brand to Supercars’ massive fanbase, whilst supporting the highly touted Stanaway’s young career.
“RABBLE.club is very exited to partner with Tickford Racing and Richie Stanaway,” said O’Keefe. “To join such a successful team and talented driver is great for our brand, and to tie in the benefits of RABBLE.club directly to Richie gives us an awesome platform from which to showcase how our elite sports & athlete management system works. Through this partnership, we’ll be able to help the team succeed on and off the track, and we’re really looking forward to what’s to come.”
Tickford Racing team principal Tim Edwards echoed Stanaway’s comments, and welcomes the opportunity for Tickford Racing to take the lead on RABBLE’s technology, which aims to revolutionise how athletes – and people – analyse their health.
“We’re thrilled to have RABBLE on board Car 56,” Edwards said. “Their involvement is going to shake up the fans’ view of the elite athletes in this sport, and we’re excited to be leading the way. And to have an up and coming name like RABBLE supporting an up and coming talent in Richie just makes sense. I’m sure the car’s new look will be popular with our supporters as well. Obviously we’ve run Fords since day one, and we bleed blue, so the true blue RABBLE.club Falcon on the grid should be a fan favourite wherever we go.”
In an effort to create continuity across Tickford Racing’s four cars, MEGA Ltd., Australia’s newest Bulk Diesel Solutions company, have ‘fine-tuned’ their signage exposure from the Darwin round onwards.
“Focussing on fuel based assets such as the fuel rigs, pit crew and positioning on the race cars around the dry-break fuel system reinforces who we are and what we do” said MEGA’s General Manager Terry Knight. “The powerful exposure our company has received from being a Tickford Racing naming rights sponsor has been absolutely invaluable over the last 18 months in having our brand recognised and accepted in the market place. We welcome new sponsor RABBLE.club to the Tickford Racing fold and know that they’ll achieve great things with building their brand just as MEGA have.”
Sporting its sharp new tile blue livery, RABBLE.club Racing make their debut this weekend with Stanaway at the helm of Car 56 at the Darwin Triple Crown, June 15-17.
