Currently leading the Dunlop Series championship in 2025, Gray has continued to go from strength to strength, with only one round to go in Adelaide this November.

At the seasons end, Gray will have notched 31 race starts with Tickford and secured multiple round wins, race wins, podiums and pole positions across the three years.

Gray’s debut came in the final round of the 2023 DunlopSuper 3 Series which marked the start of an incredible journey at Tickford.

The progression to Super 2 at the beginning of 2024 proved a well-earned place for Gray and it did not take long for him to achieve success.A double podium weekend at Bathurst was the highpoint of the season that saw a turn in form for Gray as he progressed into 2025.

Kicking off the season in Sydney, Gray secured a podium in race 1 and only a few weeks later won his first race in the series at Symmons Plains.

Gray also took home his first round win in Tasmania and became the championship leader for the category, of which he has not lost the lead of since then.

A main game wildcard entry was run for Gray at Darwin and in the Ryco Enduro Cup with team mate Lochie Dalton.

With more strong results throughout the season, Gray returned to Bathurst going one better than his previous season taking a race win and the round win home.

The Tickford Autosport program continues to deliver strong pathways for drivers careers as it looks to take home both Teams and Drivers Championships in the Dunlop Series this year.

Gray adds to the already 8 plus drivers who have progressed through the Tickford Autosport program to a full time seat in Supercars, including current Tickford Racing drivers Cameron Waters and Thomas Randle.

Gray’s eyes are set forward as he looks to wrap up the 2025 Dunlop Series championship with a consistent weekend in Adelaide in what would be the perfect end to his time with the team.

The team at Tickford are wholly supportive of this move and thank Rylan, his family and his supporters for their commitment to the Autosport Program. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours as he lines up on the grid in 2026 in the Supercars Championship.

Tickford Racing CEO Simon Brookhouse said

“Everyone at Tickford Racing is very supportive and excited to see Rylan be offered this fantastic opportunity for next year.

Rylan’s achievements the team have been nothing short of spectacular. Over the time he has been at Tickford Racing, we wanted to provide the best opportunities for him as a driver so he could continue to succeed.

Competing in both Super2 and the enduros this year was a massive challenge, but we believe in his talent and couldn’t fault what he was able to do in the Gen3 Mustang.

At Tickford, we want to provide young drivers the opportunity to gain experience at the highest level. Rylan has shown great potential over the three years with the team and to be rewarded with a full time drive in 2026 is well deserved."

Managing Director Rod Nash said

I commend Rylan for his commitment and success within the Tickford Autosport Program.

The development of his race craft over the journey with the team has been special to watch and he is truly deserving of this opportunity.

It’s also a credit to the Autosport team personnel within the business that successfully runs its development program. They continue to strongly develop drivers within the Dunlop Series and Wildcard structure for that potential leap into the main game of Supercars.
